Birthing Education and Lactation Classes

• $200 - private three (2) hour classes
• $75 - private individual classes

First Class: How to prepare yourself for labor and delivery, signs of labor, preparation for baby, what to pack in your hospital/birthing room bag.

Second Class: Labor and delivery coping techniques, pushing positions, delivery room/birthing center expectations.

Final Class: Postpartum self care, early stages of infant care, infant massage, basic breastfeeding, care and feeding positions.

Take one class or all. If you don't need the information in all classes, you can take a single class that has the information relevant to your needs.
